By using STOMP, you agree to these terms and conditions. You agree that Singapore law governs our agreement. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

You are welcome to use STOMP at anytime. But you must not use it in such a way that will break the law or cause loss to anyone or violate anyone's rights such as copyright infringement and defamation, and laws concerning the publication of unlawful materials. You must not impersonate anyone or post false messages since these activities may be criminal offences. Please also do not use STOMP to spam. [For all these concerns, we reserve the right to ban you.][Please do not give us any reason to ban you from STOMP.] If you cause us to suffer any kind of claims, loss, damage or legal costs, you must indemnify us for such claims, loss, damage and legal costs (on an indemnity basis).

STOMP has facilities that enable you to post your messages and other materials and is targeted at individuals residing in Singapore. Unless we expressly say so, we do not monitor, interfere with or edit the materials you post in STOMP. One of our main objectives for building STOMP is to encourage an exchange of views freely. However, if someone objects to the materials you place for whatever reason, we may take the materials down.

The materials you post in STOMP must be owned by you. This means you must be the intellectual property rights (IPR) owner of the materials. By placing them in STOMP or submitting them to us, you irrevocably grant us permission to reproduce them in any medium. We may deal with the materials you post in STOMP in whatever ways.

The use of STOMP is free. But be mindful that you may be charged by your mobile, Internet, or other service providers for using their services.

You agree that we may collect information about you. Any information collected may be disclosed to the authorities or to the courts or the sponsor(s) of the contest you have participated in, used to keep you updated on any of our or our business associates' and/or partners' promotions, contests and sales, to collect amounts due from you or to compile statistics.

If you do not like what you see on this site, you must inform us immediately and tell us exactly what is bothering you. If you don't, then we may take it that you permit us to leave the site as it is. If you contact us with your complaint, you must allow us a reasonable time to act on your complaint.

You must not use STOMP for any commercial purpose. STOMP is a medium for exchanging information lawfully and freely. Use it at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any claims, loss, damage, and legal costs that you may suffer because of your use of STOMP.

The terms and conditions may change from time to time by us and will have retrospective effect. Please update yourself each time you use STOMP.

STOMP is a website with content. There is also interactivity. We do not warrant nor agree that STOMP will provide accurate information, be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose, or be free from any programming defects or malicious codes. All implied and statutory warranties are excluded. We will not be responsible for any loss that results from the use of STOMP.

We assert ownership of IPR (like copyright and trade marks) over STOMP generally. However, there may be third party IPR that do not belong to us. Please obtain permission from the respective IPR owners before downloading or reproducing any materials from STOMP.

Privacy Statement and Registration

All information received by you from your use of the STOMP website may be used by STOMP and such use shall be in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

On registration, you must provide STOMP with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable the STOMP website registration pages. STOMP is entitled to rely on any information you provide to us.

Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will choose a user name and password ("ID"). STOMP does not permit any other person sharing your ID or access through a single ID being made available to multiple users on a network. STOMP may cancel or suspend your access to the STOMP website if you do this without further obligation to you.

You are responsible for all use of the STOMP website made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify STOMP tech support immediately by e-mailing stitech@sph.com.sg

If you provide STOMP with an email address that will result in any messages STOMP may send you being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or college) then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that STOMP may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending messages to you.
