TAG 8 - Levan: I Love Being an Albino Rock Star

That’s Levan Wee for you, sharp, unpredictable and in-your-face.

The lead singer of one of Singapore’s most popular rock bands Ronin is glibly blasé about how his skin condition has elevated his status as local rock symbol.

He acknowledges with a mischievous smile, “It’s a strong band identity and I utilize it shamelessly.”

Onstage he is the raging rock rebel, often seen in controversial outfits screaming his message to throngs of adoring teenagers.

STOMP quickly learns that there is more to Levan than meets the eye. In the span of one day, we discover that the real Levan is actively involved in charity, prefers not to go clubbing, collects stuff-toys and respects his wonderful parents (guess who does Levan’s eye make-up?).
