Woman creeped out by 'shadowy faces' at Bedok North block: Can you see them?

Stomper anonymous was spooked out by two 'shadowy faces' she saw at Block 401 in Bedok North yesterday night (May 13).

In a phone interview with Stomp, she said it was "quite creepy".

"I saw this and took a picture. Look closely at the circled areas," she said.
