Driver spots spooky floating figure on PIE

A driver saw a sight that was enough to give anybody chills down their spine while driving along the PIE heading towards the BKE.

Facebook user 薛宁 shared a video of the spooky sight on his page.

In the video, a transparent figure appears to be standing on a chevron marking seemingly "flagging down" a vehicle.

It is unclear what or who the figure is or if it is just a trick of the eye.
