What happened? Men restrain guy on road at Telok Blangah Rd

Stomper Adrian saw a group of men restraining a guy on the road at Telok Blangah Road at 8.30am today (Dec 3).

The men were seen holding the guy down behind a bus that had stopped along the side of the road.

He was unsure why the man was being restrained, or what had sparked the incident.

Others were seen standing at the side of the road and looking at the situation unfold.

A police spokesperson said that they were alerted to a case of voluntarily causing hurt on Dec 3, at 8.18am along Telok Blangah Road.

"Police investigations are ongoing," added the spokesperson.
