Topless woman on Nicoll Highway also went around screaming and hitting vehicles

A 38-year-old woman caused a commotion at Nicoll Highway on August 15 when she decided to walk topless in the middle of a busy road.

According to The New Paper, the woman caused a traffic jam as many vehicles swerved to avoid her as she walked towards the city.

It was initially reported that the woman was "strolling calmly" but a Stomper witnessed a very different sight.

Said the Stomper: 

"She went around hitting motorcyclists and car windows.

"I was in the car when this lunatic started screaming and hitting on the screen.

"She even hung her top on my car door handle and held on to it."
