Saw any spooky sightings on Pokemon GO? Don't call the Ghostbusters just yet!

Pokemon GO is going big this Halloween, with treats like extra candies and increased chances of finding ghost-type Pokemon for all players starting today (Oct 26) and running through Tuesday (Nov 1). 

Pokemon hunters can expect twice the Candy rewards for catching, hatching and transferring Pokemon. 

Have a thing for ghost-type Pokemon? 

To roll with the whole Halloween spirit, there are increased chances of finding Drowzee, Gastly, Gengar, Golbat, Haunter, Hypno and Zubat.

Earlier this morning, the Stomp Team went on a search for these ghost-type Pokemon, caught a few and captured the short but fruitful hunt in a video below. 

Stomper Hakida managed to catch sight of Gastly and Haunter, while Stomper Ronald spotted the ghostly pair and Gengar. 

For those who took a break from Pokemon GO, this is as good an excuse as any to get back into the game, especially if you plan to go trick or treating. 

While collecting real candy, you can collect virtual candy, making it the best of both worlds.
