Oh dear! How did taxi end up on road divider along Hougang Avenue 9?

Stomper Soong noticed a taxi on a road divider along Hougang Avenue 9 today (Aug 6) at about 2pm.

It is unclear how the cab found itself in that unusual position, but nobody was injured.

Said the Stomper:

"Happened around 2pm. A taxi was seen from my flat in between the divider.

"What could have caused this to happen? Hopefully the taxi driver wasn't 'Pokemon Go-ing'.
