Man simply stands in the middle of Orchard Road doing nothing -- with no regard for oncoming traffic

Stomper Andy noticed a man behaving oddly opposite Orchard MRT Station late last night (Nov 27) at around 11.30pm.
A three-minute video sent in by the Stomper shows the man simply standing in the middle of the road and not doing much else.
He also appeared to be unfazed by multiple vehicles that went past him.
Said the Stomper:
"He was obstructing traffic flow.
"Not sure what happened to him afterwards as my bus came, plus it was quite late and I was afraid as well."
