Stomper Daniel saw a group of cyclists riding their bikes on the KPE yesterday (Jul 22) at around 6.15pm.
In a video sent by the Stomper, a group of around 10 cyclists can be seen riding on the left side of the expressway.
Said the Stomper via an email:
"I saw this group of cyclists riding inside the KPE tunnel.
"They pose a great danger to drivers on the road."
In Singapore, cycling is not permitted on expressways.
