Losing your wallet can be a pain — especially when you have to replace its contents.

Hence, it's understandable that Stomper Ricky was upset when her son lost his wallet in Jurong last Wednesday (Apr 19).

Ricky said: "My son realised that he had lost his wallet in the area outside Yuhua Secondary School at around 3.15pm, while waiting for his friends.

"I was so angry and worried because losing his Identity Card (IC) means you need to pay for a replacement at the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

"But we are blessed as his wallet found by a kind auntie, who returned it to Yuhua Secondary School on the same day. His IC, concession card, ATM card and cash were all still inside."

The woman had also left a note with her personal details.

Ricky added: "My husband called up the woman's number to thank her. Thank God there are still kind people out there.

"May God bless you, auntie."
