Man kicked and punched by at least 3 others outside State Courts, loses shoe and limps away

A man was attacked by at least three other men outside the State Courts Building on the morning of May 3.

A video circulating online shows the victim being kicked and punched as he struggled to get up from the ground and lost his footwear.

He eventually got up and limped away as he was wearing only one shoe.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at 3 Havelock Square at about 10.40am.

A 40-year-old man sustained minor injuries but refused to be taken to the hospital, said the police.

Police investigations are ongoing.
