With more than seven million people living in Hong Kong, its lack of space is a pressing issue that has been highlighted worldwide.
Many residents live in incredibly cramped conditions, with more than 200,000 of them living in sub-divided 'shoebox' flats and cage homes, reported Asian Town.

These houses often have multiple people residing in them but are no bigger than a jail cell.
