Evangeline Tan sent us this picture of her daughter,Sherning Tan, 4, smiling cheerily. She was happy to be able to wear her new dress to her cousin's birthday party, and so was posing while waiting for her parents to get ready. On her shoulder is a hippo soft toy that she claims is her baby girl!
