Mr Martin Ross spotted this family washing their car at East Coast Parkway B1 public carpark on a Sat (12 Aug) morning, taking up two lots while park users could only shake their heads in despair because of the lack of parking space. He said they were using buckets of water taken from the nearby public toilet, delivered by the father who is not in the picture. He wonders if park authorities should have regular park rangers to educate people on the proper use of park facilities and to put up signs to prevent blatant misuse of park facilities.
Is this an abuse of public facilities?
