"My favourite spot in the house is this space in the living room. With its floral-themed sofa chair and an array of a collection of ceramic cups, plates, saucers and candle holders atop a row of white bookshelves, it never fails to transport me into the realm of contemporary English country design. The paintings and rippling sounds of water from a fountain pond behind easily lull me into slumberland while I am reading my books at night. Deep red paint interspersed with contrasting creamy white titillates an emotion of casual vibrancy that matches well with the friskiness of our two little kids. My wife and I love this spot the interior of which was hugely inspired by our collection of country design magazines from UK and Australia. We truly appreciate the richness of colours and textures of English contemporary interior design." Submitted by Azmi & Nora
