I call this "My Balinese Resort-Style mini getaway". It's my living room balcony. It has a very Balinese theme as I used the Indonesian "ikat" batik cloths for my window curtains and it really has that resort holiday atmosphere whenever I'm inside my balcony. There is also a mini fountain pond with a few fishes and a tortoise. Listening to the flow of the water is so soothing to the ears and very relaxing.
As I work full-time during the day, I always look forward to relaxing in my balcony on weekends, reading my Sunday papers and my favourite magazines. The existing Ikea lounger is a very relaxing place to sit on, especially on a lazy Sunday afternoon! Submitted by Miss Azizah Binte Zam Zam
