Shaun Tan, 25, a civil servant. Height and Weight: Height of 174 cm. Weight of 65 kg. Exercise Routine: I exercise twice daily, in the morning and late afternoon. For my exercises, I would concentrate on building stamina. Everyday, I would swim 30 laps and run between 5 to 10km. Three times a week, I workout with the weights in the gym. I would also play beach volleyball and basketball with my friends. On weekends, I rollerblade. I make exercise a priority in my life. Diet: On weekdays, I keep to a strict diet which is high in protein. I eat only white meats like fish and chicken which are either boiled or steamed. As fruits and vegetables are important, I include them in my meals. For my carb intake, I take bread for breakfast. Keeping to a strict diet requires a lot of discipline but I have gotten used to it by now. The weekend is a time for me to indulge in my favourite food.
