Ye Jia Jia, 24, a student. Height and Weight: Height of 1.7m. Weight of 51kg. Exercise Routine: I go on 4km jogs, three times a week. To keep my upper body toned, I use an exercise band and exercise ball. Using the band, I do various stretches to work on my biceps and triceps. I would also do crunches on the exercise ball as this helps to tone my core muscles. Instead of using weights to build muscles, my body acts as a resistance to keep me toned. Diet: I take four to five small meals a day. Whenever I feel full, I would always stop eating so as to avoid feeling sluggish. I eat almost everything, but I watch the portions I take. I enjoy eating soy food and dairy products such as eggs, yoghurt and cheese. Carbs are a must in my meals, otherwise I would get hungry. On top of carbs, I take fruits and vegetables daily.
