Exercise routine:
In order to remain slim and proportionate, I join the weekly group workout sessions that are fun and exciting.
I alternate between kardio sculpt, kickboxing and Hi-Lo impact aerobics to get a balanced workout.
Diet:
My main food staple consists of soupy or steamed Japanese or Chinese cuisine.
I avoid taking deep fried western food.
