Kenneth Tan, 30, a swimming lesson coordinator. Height and Weight : Height of 1.8m. Weight of 70kg. Exercise Routine: I would swim every morning, seven days a week. Each time, I would swim 40 laps continuously, for half an hour. On top of that, I head to the gym once a week and focus on my chest muscles. Lastly, I would do 100 push-ups every morning. Diet: A bodybuilder friend of mine have told me to make sure I include egg white in my diet. Thus, I take six egg whites, whether hard-boiled or soft boiled every morning. I feel that it equips me with more energy for the rest of the day. I tend to keep to a strict diet of fish, beef and fruits and do not take barbequed or deep fried food. I eat only when I am hungry, and take about five small meals a day instead of eating three full meals a day.
