Hazel, the missing Yorkshire terrier.
She is the "baby of the family'' and the Quek family are posting a $1,000 reward for her.
Hazel went missing on Feb 26, when the Queks' Serangoon flat's door was left ajar.
She was last seen wandering around the void deck of a nearby block in Serangoon
