At BRAND’S®, we believe that every musically gifted teen should be given the opportunity to develop their talent.
BRAND’S® recognizes that many young talented musicians in Singapore are unable to pursue their musical training due to the high cost of instruments and lessons. Financial assistance to further music training and studies in Singapore is also limited.
In collaboration with Wang Lee Hom, BRAND’S® would like to help these young musicians to pursue their dreams and is proud to present BRAND’S® Music Changes Lives as a showcase for young aspiring musicians.
How to qualify
Participants must fulfill the following criteria:
• Between ages 13 – 18 years old
• A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Total Gross Monthly Household Income not exceeding SGD$4000
• Choice of musical instrument is dependent on participant, traditional musical instruments are accepted
• All genres of music are accepted
• Solo performances only
As this is not a singing competition, vocal talents will not be accepted – participants MUST be able to play a musical instrument.
The performance will be on April 24, 2010 - participants must be available on this date should they be selected.

Round 2:
The top 8 musicians will be selected by the combined results of
50% public voting
50% score by a panel of judges
Round 3:
The top 4 musicians will be chosen by Wang Lee Hom to perform at the BRAND’S® Music Changes Lives showcase event in April 2010.
The decisions of STOMP and the judges are final and no appeals will be entertained.
