What are Far Infrared Rays products? I understand this is related to therapeutic hyperthermia application and are used by NASA as an ideal way of maintaining astronauts' cardiovascular fitness during long space flights.

Recent reports have shown increased use of far infrared rays in products like hot yoga, spas, saunas, televisions and even bracelets. These are believed to benefit the health in many ways, from getting a more relaxed and flexible body, to having less straining on the eyes, to better blood circulation and metabolism, increased tissue regeneration capacity and lower ed blood pressure. Recent clinical studies done on the infra-red therapies were carried out on diabetes, chronic pain, surgical applications and other non-medical applications such as paint and food processing.
