My dad is in his 40s and he is beginning to have a balding problem. I would like to find a specialist or dermatologist to help him. Can I find one in our polyclinics or hospitals (for example, the dermatology clinic)? My dad is pretty hesistant about going to Beijing 101, Yunnan, Glower and Svenson, as he gathers that the treatment costs can be quite high at these places.
